It’s open longer and later than most of its Birmingham neighbors — 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. most weekdays — which makes it one of the more realistic options for an after-work massage rather than something you have to take a half-day off to fit in.

The treatment menu mirrors the Bloomfield Hills location: massage, body treatments, and foot reflexology inspired by Lyko’s travels, all appointment-only and unhurried. It’s less about amenities and more about the treatment itself, so don’t expect a sauna or a cold plunge here — this is a spa built around what happens on the table, not what happens around it.
