It started as metro Detroit’s only Nashville-style hot chicken food truck before the crew settled into a brick-and-mortar spot on Coolidge (the old Papa’s Pizza space), where they blend their own flour and make their sauces from scratch. The result is crispy, juicy fried chicken — sandwiches, tenders, wings — dialed to whatever heat level you can handle, with Southern-inspired sides to round it out.
