McClure’s Pickles

Some Detroit brands go back a century; this one goes back to grandma’s kitchen. Brothers Bob and Joe McClure built McClure’s around their great-grandmother’s pickle recipe, turning a family tradition into a gourmet business that now makes spicy and garlic-dill pickles, relish, potato chips, and a cult-favorite Bloody Mary mix — much of it produced right in Detroit.
